The back story of this dragon is that after Lucifer is chained in the 9th circle of Hell, two red, breezing eyes flashed under the icey floor and the floor burst open when a dragon fly up at a amazing speed as it went through the rest of Hell's circles. It reach the surface and caused the Last Ice Age with the dragon at the top even if ancient man evolved through out the ages.
In Norse Mythology, it was the first dragon sighted and it gave birth to the dragon craze at the time. It also controls water as it said.

The full description-A icey dragon wih a gray head with green details and totally red, breezy eyes, red nose, very long, dark purple whiskers on the nose, black scales with a chest section of olive green scales, blue wings with a gray and black flaps, brown teeth, gray tongue, dark green knee skulls of humans, lead hair, brown horns, skull faces on the back of his hands, and a row of lead spines on his back and a hammer-shaped cloth that covers the front of the pelvis.

His human form is a Viking warrior with lead hair and beard, totally red, breezy eyes, red nose, very long, dark purple whiskers below his nose like a 'tache, brown teeth, gray tongue, dark green knee skulls of humans, skull faces on the back of his hands, a hammer-shaped cloth that covers the front of the pelvis, a sown-together wolf-bear hooded cape, and a icey dragon pendant with green details. Wields a huge ice hammer with a long, staff-like handle.

(His name is Gray-Vechtjas or Slasher but Gray's nationality is Norway.)
